1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PageAgo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
PageAgo is a website performance and SEO analysis tool powered by Google Lighthouse. The Service provides:
- Performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices scores for submitted URLs.
- Core Web Vitals metrics (LCP, FID, CLS) and detailed performance data.
- Actionable recommendations to improve website quality.
- Scan history and PDF report exports for Pro subscribers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide a valid email address and choose a secure password.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Free accounts are limited to 1 scan per day. Pro accounts receive 500 scans per month.
4. Subscription & Payments
PageAgo offers a Pro subscription with monthly or annual billing:
- Monthly plan — billed each month at the current listed price.
- Annual plan — billed once per year at a discounted rate (approximately 10% savings compared to monthly).
All payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for the plan you select.
- Provide valid payment information through PayPal.
- Allow PayPal to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page, and you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Submit URLs you do not have permission to analyze, if doing so would violate the rights of the site owner.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, or other security measures.
- Use automated tools or scripts to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The PageAgo name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Nine by Six and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your website data and scan results. You may export and use your scan results for any purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PageAgo and Nine by Six are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of Lighthouse scores, the completeness of recommendations, or any issues not detected during analysis.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PageAgo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep PageAgo available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account will revert to the free tier.
- We may delete your scan history and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for an extended period, with or without notice.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users via email about significant changes.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
